Segundo um comunicado de uma plataforma de sindicatos, com representatividade na CP e na IP, os protestos arrancam hoje, com um “apagão de protesto”, ou seja, uma paralisação na IP e CP das 10h às 11h.
De hoje ao dia 4 de abril haverá greve na IP das 0h às 2h e até 30 de abril os sindicatos cumprem greve na IP e na CP a partir da oitava hora de serviço, de acordo com a mesma nota.
Além disso, entre hoje e 30 de abril “na CP, os trabalhadores cujo seu período normal de trabalho abranja mais de três horas durante o período compreendido entre as 0h e as 5h, entrarão em greve a partir da sétima hora de serviço” e entre 10 e 30 de abril, na IP, “os trabalhadores cujo seu período normal de trabalho abranja mais de três horas durante o período compreendido entre as 0h e as 5h, entrarão em greve a partir da sétima hora de serviço”.
No dia 06 de abril, a greve será de 24 horas.
Os sindicatos que compõem esta plataforma são a ASCEF – Associação Sindical das Chefias Intermédias de Exploração Ferroviária; SINFB – Sindicato Nacional dos Ferroviários Braçais e Afins; SINFA – Sindicato Independente dos Trabalhadores Ferroviários, das Infraestruturas e Afins; FENTECOP – Sindicato Nacional dos Transportes Comunicações e Obras Publicas; SIOFA – Sindicato Independente dos Operários Ferroviários e afins; ASSIFECO – Associação Sindical Independente dos Ferroviários de Carreira Comercial; e STF – Serviços Técnicos Ferroviários.
Segundo o comunicado, as estruturas preveem perturbações na circulação de comboios na CP, Fertagus, Medway e Takargo.
“As greves afetarão a conservação e manutenção das vias-férreas e das vias rodoviárias, bem como a manutenção dos comboios e toda a operacionalidade das empresas referidas”, indicaram.
Segundo os sindicatos, “no dia 6 de abril, caso não sejam decretados serviços mínimos, não se prevê a realização de comboios em Portugal”.
“A responsabilidade do impacto, quer financeiro, quer seja social, que advenha destas formas de luta será da total responsabilidade do Governo que ao não negociar com os sindicatos desconsidera os trabalhadores da IP e da CP e desrespeita os cidadãos portugueses que diariamente utilizam o transporte ferroviário”, lamentam.
Também o Sindicato Nacional dos Maquinistas dos Caminhos de Ferro Portugueses (SMAQ) anunciou uma nova greve na CP, durante todo o mês de abril, face à “atitude autista e de desconsideração” de que acusa a empresa.
