No passado dia 8 de março, o grupo Ramada juntou-se à celebração do Dia Internacional da Mulher, envolvendo todos os colaboradores do grupo.
Sob o mote “O caminho é feito com todos”, o grupo sublinha que este tema é da responsabilidade de todos e que o caminho para alcançar a igualdade de género é feito em conjunto.
Durante o dia, o grupo com sede em Ovar lançou uma comunicação com a mensagem “O caminho para a igualdade é feito com todos.
Estamos juntos pela igualdade de
género”. Neste âmbito, realizou ainda uma campanha de sensibilização com várias
mensagens sobre a realidade vivida em Portugal. A divisão das tarefas domésticas, o papel da mulher como cuidadora e o assédio foram os temas abordados nesta campanha.
“Para nós, o foco da campanha do Dia Internacional da Mulher foi a igualdade. E a campanha de sensibilização foi vista como uma ferramenta importante de mobilização de todos para esta temática. Ao fazer parte desta celebração, dizemos às nossas
